Address misinformation and incorrect facts presented in public dialog

This idea was suggested by a participant at this morning's brainstorming meeting at the Uptown Innovation Center:
Public dialog in Richmond about the community and its future is often sidetracked by the presentation of misleading or incorrect information. Establishing a fact-checked, well-sourced, heavily edited information resource that addresses some of the most common myths, misinformation and factual errors out there could help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of these conversations. This could be in the form of a website and complementary printed materials.
