Have First Friday arts/culture events

This idea was suggested by a participant at this morning's brainstorming meeting at the Uptown Innovation Center:

We should organize First Friday arts/culture events. These are typically monthly gatherings held at a designated (but rotating location) where the community can come together to experience artwork, music, food, or just general gathering and networking. It's an opportunity for community members to meet each other in person and get to know more about what their community has to offer.
