Community improvement ideas for Richmond, Indiana, USA

This idea was suggested by a participant at this morning's brainstorming meeting at the Uptown Innovation Center:

The downtown parking garage is not very user friendly.  Signage, cleanliness, lighting, the lack of parking for alternative transportation methods such as bikes, and other issues have come up as items that prevent it from being used to its full potential by workers and residents in the central business district.  City government could work with downtown businesses and organizations to improve the garage and make it more user friendly.
